Workflow & Operations
I design, streamline, and scale operations across industries.

Designing Workflows
I start by mapping bottlenecks and testing solutions in rapid SPRINT-style iterations. Real projects become the proving ground, where workflows are refined through fast trial, feedback, and adjustment.

Automating Operations
Once the process is clear, I implement automation, blending proven tools with emerging AI capabilities. The aim is not technology for its own sake, but lowering costs, reducing friction, shortening cycle times, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Scaling Production
With a stable workflow and automation in place, I focus on scale. That means building and training teams, creating clear documentation, and designing systems that can grow and sustain themselves without breaking.
cASE EXAMPLES
PHASE 2 CLINICAL TRIALS
2021 - 2025
Before: Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials often stall due to slow enrollment, high site startup failure rates, and underperforming regions, delays that cost millions and push back life-saving therapies.

Solution: Clinical Trials in Motion, we redesign workflows, retrain staff, and implement real-time dashboards to boost study performance. From oncology to cardiovascular and autoimmune trials, we create scalable operational models that align sponsors, CROs, and recruitment vendors.

Impact: Our interventions have delivered 430% enrollment growth in just 3 months, reduced site startup failures by 80%, and rescued struggling studies—helping sponsors and investors protect timelines and accelerate delivery.

BIOLOGIC MANUFACTURING
2015 - 2025
Before: Manufacturing biologic medicines like therapeutic proteins and viral vectors with standard cell lines was slow, costly, and capped by productivity plateaus.

Solution: CHO Plus engineered high-performance CHO and HEK cells through repeated fusions and phenotype selection, boosting both yield and quality.

Impact: This approach lowered manufacturing costs, expanded patient access, and secured partnerships with major pharma, supported by patents and BARDA BioMaP funding.
AVATAR WORKFLOWS
2021 - 2023
Before: Producing high-quality clinical trial simulations relied on expensive studio shoots and long editing cycles, with content averaging $1,200 per finished minute.
Solution: I led an 8-person team to design AI-driven avatar workflows, integrating three platforms to replace much of the traditional studio process and cut costs dramatically.
Impact: By combining avatars with other workflow enhancements, we lowered per-minute costs to $103 (a 90%+ savings), accelerated delivery timelines, and generated $4.5M in additional project revenue—while maintaining sponsor-level quality and consistency.
